Overview

This site is run by Forged Bliss. When we say "we," "us," or "our," that's who we're talking about. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Simple.

Read these before proceeding. Your continued use means you accept them, even if we update them later. Check back occasionally—it's your responsibility to stay current.

We're hosted on Shopify. They handle the e-commerce platform so we can sell you shirts about existential dread.

Section 1 - Store Terms

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site
Don't use our stuff for illegal purposes or violate laws
Don't transmit viruses or destructive code (seriously, don't)
Break these terms and we'll terminate your access immediately

Section 2 - General Conditions

We can refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason
Your content (except credit card info) might be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card info is always encrypted.
Don't reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our service without written permission
Section headings are just for convenience

Section 3 - Accuracy of Information

We try to keep info accurate, but we're not responsible if something's outdated or wrong. Don't make major life decisions based solely on what's on our site. Use primary sources. Check facts. Be an adult about it.

Historical info is historical—not current. We can update the site whenever we want, but we're not obligated to. Monitor changes yourself.

Section 4 - Modifications & Prices

Prices can change without notice. We can modify or discontinue products or services anytime without warning. We're not liable if we do.

Section 5 - Products & Services

Some items are online-only and have limited quantities. Returns/exchanges follow our Return Policy.

We've tried to display colors accurately, but your monitor might show things differently. We can't guarantee exact color matching.

We reserve the right to limit sales to anyone, anywhere, for any reason. Product descriptions and pricing can change without notice. We can discontinue anything anytime.

We don't guarantee products will meet your expectations or that errors will be fixed.

Section 6 - Billing & Account Info

We can refuse or cancel any order. We might limit quantities per person/household/account if orders look suspicious (like resellers).

If we cancel or modify your order, we'll try to notify you via the email or phone number you provided.

Keep your account info current—email, payment details, all of it. We need accurate info to complete transactions.

Section 7 - Third-Party Tools

We might give you access to third-party tools we don't control. We provide them "as is" with no warranties. Use them at your own risk. Any issues with third-party tools are between you and them.

New features we add in the future also fall under these terms.

Section 8 - Third-Party Links

Some content might link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Review their policies before engaging. Complaints about third-party stuff should go to them, not us.

Section 9 - User Comments & Submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, or other content (comments, contest entries, whatever), we can use it however we want without paying you or keeping it confidential. We don't have to respond.

We can monitor, edit, or remove content we deem inappropriate, but we're not obligated to.

Your comments can't violate anyone's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.). Don't post anything illegal, abusive, or malicious. Don't use fake email addresses or pretend to be someone else. You're responsible for what you post.

Section 11 - Errors & Omissions

Sometimes there are typos, wrong prices, or outdated info. We can correct errors and update or cancel orders anytime, even after you've placed them. We're not obligated to update anything unless required by law.

Section 12 - Prohibited Uses

Don't use our site to:

Do anything illegal
Violate regulations or laws
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, discriminate, or harm others
Submit false info
Upload malicious code
Collect personal information from others
Spam or phish
Interfere with security features

We'll terminate your access if you violate these rules.

Section 13 - Disclaimer of Warranties

We don't guarantee our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Results might not be accurate or reliable.

We can remove or cancel the service anytime without notice. Your use is at your own risk. Everything is provided "as is" and "as available."

We're not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, whatever—arising from your use of the service or products. This includes lost profits, revenue, data, or anything else. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so this might not fully apply to you.

Section 14 - Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims or demands (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these terms or violation of laws or third-party rights.

Section 15 - Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Section 16 - Termination

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You can terminate by stopping use of the site. We can terminate if you violate terms. You're still liable for amounts due up to termination.

Section 17 - Entire Agreement

These terms, plus any policies we post, constitute the full agreement between us. They supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it.

Section 18 - Governing Law

These terms are governed by United States law.

Section 19 - Changes to Terms

We can update these terms anytime by posting changes. Check periodically. Continued use means you accept changes.
